Meet Your Instructor

Claire Garner is an emotional resilience teacher and guide and creator of Intuitive Emotional Healing. She runs online monthly workshops in her community The Conscious Heart Academy and offers one on one sessions for those looking to take a deep dive into their emotional healing.
In her spare time she keeps a big garden, spends time with her nephews, gets out for daily walks, and bakes all the delicious gluten free things.

MODULE 1 Your Emotions Are Valuable
Purpose:
Shift their entire relationship with emotions from “problem” to “information.”
Make emotions feel normal, human, meaningful, and safe to approach.
