What Is Intuitive Emotional Healing?
Intuitive Emotional Healing is a soul-rooted, body-led framework created by Claire Garner to help you build emotional competence and practical self-awareness—because healing can’t happen without safety, and safety begins with understanding ourselves emotionally.
When we experience moments where we feel unsafe—physically or emotionally—we call that trauma. In those moments, we do whatever we must to survive. Often, that means suppressing emotions we weren’t able to process at the time. Over years, those suppressed feelings don’t just disappear—they accumulate. And as we stuff our emotions, we unconsciously abandon parts of ourselves just to stay afloat.
Eventually, this can leave us feeling numb, resentful, reactive, disconnected, stuck in perfectionism, or unsure of who we really are. We may shut down emotionally or silently carry shame and self-doubt that ripple through our relationships, our choices, and our experience of life.
Intuitive Emotional Healing is how we come home again.

Every session is intuitively guided, grounded in emotional safety, and completely tailored to you. You’ll be gently invited into a conversation with your inner world. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up in your thoughts, body, and emotions—and I’ll guide you through practices that help you move that emotional energy, not just name it.

It begins by reminding you of your wholeness then seeks to help you peel back the layers keeping you from creating the life, relationships, and self esteem/confidence/knowedge you've always wanted.

How Intuitive Emotional Healing was Born

Let me tell you a little story…
In 2020, like so many of us, my life cracked wide open. The world shut down—and with it, the emotional scaffolding I had unknowingly been leaning on. Old fears rose to the surface. Deep, unprocessed grief knocked on the door. My closest friendships began to dissolve. It felt like everything familiar was unraveling at once.
By the end of the year, I was living alone for the first time, heartbroken, estranged from my sister, and reeling from the sudden loss of a relationship I had just begun to trust. I was housesitting in a stranger’s home, mid-pandemic, with no one to call at 2am. I was grieving hard—and fast. And for the first time, I couldn’t soothe the ache by reaching outward.
That’s when something in me shifted.
I realized: It’s time to meet myself. Not in the way I had before—through affirmations I didn’t believe or mindset hacks that didn’t touch the ache—but through honest, raw emotional presence.
I turned inward.
Every day, I recorded voice notes to myself. I spoke out loud as if to a dear friend, and then I listened back—slowly learning to hear myself with love instead of judgment.
I practiced mirror work—not for surface-level affirmations, but to make eye contact with my own soul. I cried, a lot. And every time I did, I’d go to that mirror and say, “I’m here. I’ve got you.”
And something miraculous happened:
I started to feel relief. Not through bypassing. Not through “fixing” myself. But through actually feeling… safely, fully, and with compassion.
I began to heal.
My inner dialogue softened. My intuition got clearer. I felt more resilient. I started loving myself—not just as an idea, but as a lived relationship.
Then came the second invitation:
In early 2021, I met someone who would become a mirror and catalyst. As I shared this process with her, she reflected its depth, its difference, its impact. She encouraged me to offer it to others—not because it was polished, but because it was true.
Later that year, the nudges got louder: psychic confirmations, intuitive encouragements, and the steady inner knowing that I was ready. That I didn’t need more credentials. That I already had what I needed.
So I said yes.
I began offering Intuitive Emotional Healing sessions. And everything changed.
Today, I work with clients one-on-one, run an online community called The Conscious Heart Academy, and teach this framework through live and self-paced programs.
This work was born from lived heartbreak, sacred solitude, and a commitment to loving myself when it would’ve been easier to shut down.
