What Is Intuitive Emotional Healing?

Intuitive Emotional Healing is a body-led(embodied), soul-rooted process that helps you sort through, feel, and truly release your emotions in a way that’s competent, intuitive, compassionate, and deeply transformative.

This healing framework was created by Claire Garner to help deep-feeling humans find real emotional freedom not by analyzing or overriding their emotions, but by feeling them fully in a way that brings real healing. It's a framework that's deeply rooted in lived experience and practical tools that actually work, not concepts, hoped-for ideals and theories.

Traditional Therapy vs. Intuitive
Emotional Healing

Traditional therapy is a powerful tool for understanding where our “dysfunction” and challenges come from. But it often focuses so much on the why that we end up rationalizing our pain, shuffling around what we feel, and trying to change our behavior without actually healing the unfelt feelings that created those behaviors in the first place.

And because most therapists have to provide a diagnosis to bill insurance, the process often starts from a place of deficit. You’re seen as someone with a problem that needs fixing.

Intuitive Emotional Healing is different.

Here, we begin by recognizing something radical and deeply true:

You are enough. You are resourceful. You are not a list of problems to solve, you’re a human with a heart that needs attention. And when we start from that place, even the most painful patterns can begin to soften, melt, and transmute.

This work focuses on emotional competence, building the skills to feel, name, and move through emotion with clarity and compassion. The why only matters if it helps you arrive with more self-love. Otherwise, we let it go.
 
This work is:
  • Relational and human, not clinical or detached
  • Guided by your body’s wisdom, not a prescribed plan
  • Focused on feeling and release, not analysis
  • Rooted in present-moment awareness, with real tools for emotional resilience

I’m Claire, the creator of the Intuitive Emotional Healing framework, and like many of my clients, I used to struggle to maintain my mental space. And in 2020, my life got loud and forced me to take a hard look at what was happening in my own life.

A string of losses left me living alone, heartbroken, and emotionally raw. And on top of that, my social support was a skeleton crew… so I turned inward.

 

What I discovered in that season didn’t just save me it became the foundation of the work I now share with others.

Using tools like voice recording, mirror work, and deep emotional inquiry, I learned to feel my way back to myself. That process changed me and it can change you, too.

Today, I offer this work through private sessions, online programs, and my community,
The Conscious Heart Academy.

What Happens In A Session?

Every session is completely tailored to where you are.

It might feel a bit like talk therapy at first but with a completely different orientation. These sessions are 100% focused on helping you gain awareness of your brain and what it's saying to you AND sort through and alchemize the emotions that come up as a result of what you're thinking.

You’ll be gently guided through:
  • Exploration of childhood, relationships, spiritual beliefs and key patterns
  • Compassionate reflection and new perspective shifts
  • Emotional skill-building tools that help you move and release unfelt feeling, not just understand it
 
You may practice:
  • Redirecting focus in anxious or spiraling moments
  • Feeling emotion (like grief or anger) safely and fully
  • Noticing the difference between empowered vs. disempowered thought
  • Listening for the deeper message beneath your mental loops
 
You’ll leave with insights and practical tools plus a new way of relating to yourself with honesty, compassion, and emotional freedom.

Is Intuitive Emotional Healing For Me?

If you’re a deep feeler, an over-thinker, a recovering people-pleaser or someone who’s always been the strong one for everyone else this work is for you.

It’s for the person who’s self-aware but still stuck. Who can name their patterns but doesn’t know how to shift them. Who craves softness, safety, and real inner peace but doesn’t want to spiritually bypass the hard stuff.

Book a Session

Your initial Intuitive Emotional Healing Session is typically 90 minutes and gives Claire a chance to start with you where you are.​ Subsequent sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise requested. ​

Intuitive Emotional Healing Sessions are $150/hr.
